Amy Roloff’s Dad Gives Powerful Message At 93 Years Old

Amy Roloff has been sharing most of her Christmas activities on social media. The Little People, Big World star was inspired by her father. The 93-year-old shared a message during the Christmas service. The Roloffs spent their time together this holiday weekend.

This year was a special one for Amy and Chris Marek. It’s their first Christmas as husband and wife. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, the couple shared photos of themselves wearing matching holiday pajamas. They spent time near the fire since it snowed in the northwest this weekend.

Of course, they didn’t spend most of their time cuddling. Amy shared a snapshot from church this past weekend.

Ailing father attended her dream wedding

Over the summer, Amy feared that her father wouldn’t be able to attend her dream wedding to Chris Marek. Her father previously shared that he was too sick to attend. During the summer, the 59-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to share with fans that she feared her father wouldn’t be able to attend the most important day of her life. She shared a throwback photo of herself cuddling up to her father.

“My dad. He’s 92. He’s been in the hospital for the last two weeks,” Amy Roloff wrote. “Not sure if he will make our wedding. I’m glad he’s home now getting better/stronger. But God knows and so I am giving it up to Him. I’m just happy I’ll get to see him again in Michigan… at least. I love my father.”

Thankfully, there was a happy ending. Amy’s daughter-in-law, Isabel Roloff, revealed that he attended the wedding. She took to her respective Instagram Stories to share a group photo from the special day. Aside from Amy and her father, the picture also featured Isabel’s husband, Jacob, Tori, Zach, and their kids, Lilah, 1, and Jackson, 4.

The TLC star took to her Instagram Stories to share a beautiful story. Her ailing father spoke at North Lake UMC. Amy was there to watch her father share his powerful message with the church attendees. She shared a snapshot of her father speaking.

“I got up early to see my Dad give the message at church (North Lake UMC, Michigan) today,” Amy Roloff wrote in her Instagram Story. “At 6 days shy of 93 years of age, he still has so much to say and I wanted to hear. What a good message it was. ‘Where is Christ?’ In our Life? Our home? Where we live?”

In her touching message, the reality star said that if it’s hard for us to find Christ, then we should look to the silence to find Him.
