The soap couple have dated for years but as Soap Opera Digest reminds us, these lovebirds haven’t been married very long before deciding to quietly pull the plug on their relationship. GH and Y&R fans recall the couple tied the knot back in October. Moreover, the lovebirds had a “Till death do us part” theme for their Valentine’s Day engagement.
Now, a big reason why soap opera viewers are finding this news so shocking is because Chad Duell and Courtney Hope had five years under their belt as a couple before calling it quits. The fact that the couple were still practically newlyweds only added to the shock. So, it makes sense that many fans of the couple would doubt this news to be true.

Y&R star Courtney Hope & GH‘s Chad Duell have seemingly confirmed the split to be true by scrubbing their profiles of their wedding photos. When the lovebirds were married their social media was covered in SteamPunk themed pics and videos. Today all is gone from both, but other castmates still have their wedding pics and videos on their own social media.
Chad Duell A Daytime Fan Favorite
Chad Duell is a General Hospital fan favorite. Duell has played Michael Quartermaine Corinthos since 2010. The son of two powerhouse characters Carly(Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Chad Duell dated Kristen Alderson who played Starr Manning(OLTL) and Kiki Jerome(GH) for many years then called it quits. Duell got together with Hope shortly after his breakup with Alderson.
Courtney Hope Does Her Rounds At CBS
Courtney Hope came onto the CBS soap scene in 2017 as spunky Sally Spectra on The Bold and the Beautiful. She has been written off the daytime soap a few times and came back. But in 2020 her signature character Sally Spectra landed not back in Los Angeles but in Genoa City On The Young and The Restless and is still there at the present time.
