Kanye West prayed for God to bring Kim Kardashian back into his life. Now, he’s taking matters into his own hands. The rapper performed at Drake’s benefit concert. During his performance, he cried for his wife to come back to him.

This comes amid Kim’s red-hot romance with Pete Davidson. The two first met on the set of Saturday Night Live, where she hosted back in October. Since then, the two have been spotted across the country. Fans assumed that Kim and Kanye would get back together, especially since she’s still influenced by his style.

Kim Kardashian acknowledges her ex-husband

Kim made an appearance at the 2021 People’s Choice Awards with her sister, Khloe Kardashian, and their mom, Kris Jenner. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star acknowledged Kanye for the first time since their split. In February 2021, Kim filed for divorce and the Yeezy designer hasn’t been the same since. She acknowledged Kanye in an awards acceptance speech for Fashion Icon.

She started her speech by thanking fashion designers like Olivier Rousteing, Riccardo Tisci, and Zac Posen. Then she acknowledged her ex-husband, who she joked had to convince the designers to work with the reality star in the first place.

“Thank you to Zac Posen, who dressed me and took me to my first CFDA Awards,” Kim said. “And so many amazing designers like Riccardo and Olivier that really believed in me. Thank you to Kanye, even, for really introducing me to the fashion world.”

Kim received cheers from the crowd. Kim’s acknowledgment was a nod to the early days of their relationship. Kanye and his stylist revamped her entire wardrobe with only Kanye-approved wardrobe. Kanye always spoke out about her style. Fans credit him for “revolutionizing” her style.

Kanye West begs Kim to come back to his life

Kanye West made a public plea for his estranged wife to come back to him. The 44-year-old rapper took to the stage to perform with Drake at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Thursday, December 9. The two stars headlined the Free Larry Hoover event. During the Amazon Prime live stream, Kanye performed his 2010 hit song “Runway,” which included a shout-out to the Skims founder.

“I need you to run right back to me,” Kanye West said. “More specifically, Kimberly.”

The estranged couple was married for seven years before ending it in February. Kim was the one who filed the divorce papers. Yet, Kanye hasn’t signed them. He still feels that Kim is his wife, and has hope that she’ll come back.
