‘The Little Couple’ Zoey Klein In Hospital: See Why
Zoey Klein of The Little Couple was in the hospital recently according to her mother Jen Arnold. What happened that caused the young TLC star to be hospitalized? Fortunately, her mother was kind enough to share all of the details on Zoey Klein’s health. She even included a slideshow with some photos of the brave little one in her hospital bed.

Jen Arnold took to Instagram just a little while ago to dote on her beautiful, brave little girl. She reveals that Zoey Klein did amazing yesterday despite having to spend some time in the hospital. Turns out, Zoey had to have a sleep study conducted. Jen Arnold proceeded to explain why.
According to Jen, children with achondroplasia are 50 percent more likely to develop obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). So, regular sleep studies are necessary. Jen proceeded to explain exactly what OSA was for people who had never heard of it before.
is a breathing disorder characterized by narrowing of the upper airway that impairs normal ventilation during sleep. Characteristic symptoms of OSA are excessive daytime sleepiness, unrested sleep, loud disruptive snoring, and observed nocturnal breathing stops, choking or gasping. The consequences of undiagnosed or untreated OSA can be severe, including hypertension, increased risk of cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, stroke, and traffic and workplace accidents in adults.”
Jen Arnold explains that Zoey Klein gets regular sleep studies at the hospital for her own safety and wellbeing.

In the comments of her update on Zoey Klein being in the hospital, fans of The Little Couple thanked her for sharing this information. Many joined the TLC mother in doting on the beautiful little girl. Fans exclaimed they couldn’t believe how grown-up Zoey was looking these days.
As is pretty typical in Jen Arnold’s Instagram posts, there were also a dabble of fans probing for information about if they would ever return to TLC for another season of their show. Unfortunately, The Little Couple aired the last episode of Season 12 back in 2017. So, fans don’t have high expectations of seeing the show return for another season.
