WWE Crown Jewel 2021: Match Card and Predictions
Universal Title: Roman Reigns (c) vs Brock Lesnar
The history of Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar goes back many years, peaking in the main event of Wrestlemania on two different occasions. Lesnar and Reigns also met in a cage match in Saudi Arabia back in 2019 with Lesnar walking away the winner. This time at WWE Crown Jewel 2021 their rivalry will look a bit different. With Heyman no longer in the corner of Lesnar, it’ll be interesting to see where this feud goes. Look for a no contest to take place so the WWE can stretch this rivalry out a bit longer.
PREDICTION: No Contest
WWE Title: Big E (c) vs. Drew McIntyre
After Big E. cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to win the WWE Title last month, all eyes turned to his next challenger. Following the WWE Draft, expect McIntyre to give Big E a solid match, but fall to the new champion before he heads to the blue brand.
PREDICTION: Big E.
Goldberg’s personal revenge
No Holds Barred: Bobby Lashley vs Goldberg
It was earlier this year at WWE Summerslam 2021 when Bobby Lashley picked up the win over Goldberg. With Goldberg down, his son ran into the ring and jumped on the back of Lashley who proceeded to fight him off in the process. In return, Goldberg challenged Lashley with the match set for Crown Jewel. With no titles on the line, look for Goldberg to get his win back over The Almighty.
PREDICTION: Goldberg
King of the Ring finals: Finn Balor vs Jinder Mahal/Xavier Woods
The Raw side of the King of the Ring bracket has not been decided, but Finn Balor is representing the blue brand so look for a strong showing. With Balor falling short in his feud with Reigns, it seems likely that he’ll be rewarded with a King of the Ring finals victory regards of his opponent.
PREDICTION: Finn Balor
Hell in the Cell: Edge vs Seth Rollins
The feud between edge and Seth Rollins started out by seeing who was the best in the ring. The personal twist on the feud injected intensity into the rivalry that points to Edge getting the victory.
PREDICTION: Edge
