‘Below Deck Med’ Star Lexi Wilson Had Enough Of Bullying, Harassment
Below Deck Med star Lexi Wilson is shutting down bullies on social media. She’s tired of people who follow her on social media just to leave troll comments. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Lexi set her Instagram profile to private. In her bio, she asks people to “not send me a follow request if you don’t like me.”
She rarely shares her life in the yachting industry, which means she probably left it behind. Instead, she would rather focus on her three loves: fashion, skincare, and travel. In between those posts, Lexi calls out the online bullies. Since becoming this season’s villain, she’s received her share of criticism.
Lexi Wilson shuts down online trolls on Instagram
She’s made her share of controversy on Below Deck Med Season 6. The former beauty pageant queen caused her share of drama on board the superyacht. After a drunken crew dinner, Lexi harassed some of her crew members. She even threatened to fight Mzi Demper and harassed Lloyd Spencer.
Previous crew members were fired for much less, yet Lexi is still around. Some assumed that chief stew Katie Flood would’ve fired her the moment that Delaney Evans joined the boat. However, she wants to keep her interior team, even if the new stew is driving her nuts. Lexi claims that she’s been going through a difficult time after her father passed away. However, viewers don’t think it’s an excuse for her bad behavior.
Some of them took to Lexi’s social media to bully her. She took her Instagram Story to write a “PSA” for her followers and haters. The reality star said that her personal Instagram is “not a ‘DISCUSSION BOARD’ for you to come and voice your unnecessary opinions.” Lexi wants to move on from the show she filmed last year. From now on, she’s only inviting “positive vibes” to her Instagram account.
The television personality is having a good time blocking her haters. Lexi made it clear that it’s her Instagram account and she will do whatever she wants. She is taking back control of her social media. But that’s because she has no one else to help her out.
Below Deck Med star blames Bravo for not helping with online harassment
This comes after Lexi blamed the network for not helping with the increased hate she’s received on a daily basis. The Below Deck Med newbie even blamed Bravo’s social media accounts for not controlling the online harassment. However, some critics think it’s ironic considering Lexi harassed some of her crew members. Still, that doesn’t mean they should stoop to her level.
Some fans even called out Lexi for her own behavior. They feel that she should do some honest reflecting rather than worry about the hate she’s been getting. Right now, Lexi’s main concern is how Bravo encourages the hate on social media. She also blamed the producers for making her look like the “villain” of the season.
What are your thoughts? Do you think it’s fair for Lexi to get so much social media hate? Or, do you think she’s being hypocritical? Sound off below in the comments.

Well she is a horrible racist, narcissistic, materialistic, violent, alcoholic piece of shit but so many people are these days lol. I’m going to assume her two degrees are bullshit too since she was not able to properly word theories from either field. Also how much semen does a person have to swallow to pay 8k rent for a crappy high rise in Miami? I am guessing tablespoons but I have been wrong many times in my life. She got what she put out there and only now is sorry because her storyline did not work like she wanted it to. Have a nice life, Satan (your words, Lexi)
