Amy Halterman offers weight loss advice for fans
Turns out, one of the biggest mistakes people make with weight loss is setting goals that are too big and unrealistic. Amy Halterman told us to “go pound per pound.” She, however, clarified there was nothing wrong with setting bigger goals. But, those smaller goals seem to be what really helps people keep going.
“I can set a big goal but say hey I wanna lose 5lb this week.” She continued to explain.
Fans were concerned pregnancy would slow her progress
1000-Lb. Sisters fans were terrified Amy Halterman would more or less get distracted by her pregnancy and stop shedding pounds. Fans who have spotted Amy in public and snapped a picture agree Amy is looking great. They can’t wait to see what the future holds for her, Michael, and their beautiful son.
