The latest General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 22 promise plenty of drama. For starters, Nina’s visit to Phyllis in Pennsylvania causes some chaos. In addition, pregnancies in Port Charles will generate lots of drama as well.
Chase Learns Of Brook Lynn’s Pregnancy
A new General Hospital spoiler preview shared via Twitter reveals some juicy tidbits regarding what’s ahead. Brook Lynn returned to the Quartermaine home last week with a shocker for everybody: she’s pregnant. It didn’t take long for people to figure out that the baby’s biological father is Valentin Cassadine. Given that, all signs point toward this sparking a lot of drama.
According to the sneak peek, Chase will soon visit Brook Lynn and discover the news. As surprising as the pregnancy is, he’ll probably be excited for her too. Unfortunately, her father Ned is another story.
If the father of his first grandchild was anybody but Valentin, he’d probably focus on his excitement. However, it seems he’s going to have a tough time looking past the Valentin issue.
General Hospital spoilers detail that Ned will confront his daughter and note that “this” is a challenging situation. Brook Lynn will insist she has a plan, but viewers know her plans are not always well-constructed.

‘General Hospital’ Teasers Promise Peter Drama
Dante nearly killed Peter, but Sam intervened. A General Hospital preview from ABC reveals that Peter will confront Olivia about what happened and she’ll rush to GH to check on her son.
At some point this week, Valentin and Peter will have an intense confrontation. It appears that Valentin will yell that Peter doesn’t deserve “that baby,” surely a reference to Maxie’s pregnancy.
Valentin used to be protective of Peter, but those days are long gone. He exposed Peter just before the wedding to Maxie and now Peter’s desperate and scrambling. SheKnows Soaps details that Maxie will get support from both Lucas and Brook Lynn, but Peter’s probably not going to back down in his efforts to reunite with her.
A Shocker Ahead For Nina
There are big moments set to play out in Pennsylvania too. Nina showed up to surprise Phyllis and the two women will spend time catching up. General Hospital spoilers suggest that Sonny will pop up during Nina’s visit and that’s guaranteed to be juicy.
Nina will, of course, recognize Sonny. She’ll surely be shocked to see him alive and just hanging out in a bar in Pennsylvania. In addition, she’ll probably quickly realize he has amnesia. It seems he’ll pick up on the idea that he should know her, and he’ll ask questions.
At this point, it doesn’t seem like Nina will spill the beans on what she knows though. General Hospital spoilers signal that big decisions come this week and viewers cannot wait.
