Candace Cameron Bure Is Saying Goodbye To Her Trademark Blonde Hair (Pics)

Candace Cameron Bure colored her trademark locks and her fans went crazy. The Fuller House star is known for her blonde hair. But there are times when she likes to switch it up. Candace has taken on the role of a redhead in several Hallmark Channel movies. She even has red hair in Aurora Teagarden.

But the actress wants a different look. She’s going to say goodbye to her blonde hair. The Full House alum traded in her blonde hair for a darker, red hairstyle. Over the weekend, the 44-year-old had fans confused over her new look. Candace shocked them with her hair transformation.

The Hallmark star is currently on the set of her latest movie Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: How to Con a Con. Candace Cameron Bure has been sharing photos and clips via her secret Instagram account. She’s also been hanging out with her fellow costar Niall Matter, who plays Nick Miller on the project.

But fans did a double-take when they scrolled by Candace’s photo on Instagram. On Sunday, March 14, she snapped a casual selfie of herself with Niall.

“Don’t be fooled, Niall is smiling and filled with joy under that mask,” she wrote in the caption. “We can’t wait for you all to see the new Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: How To Con A Con on March 14th at 8/7c on @hallmarkmovie.”

Some fans loved seeing the two stars together. Others were shocked over Candace’s new hair color. Especially since she’s been rocking the blonde for a while now. “CANDACE, WHY DOES YOUR HAIR ALWAYS LOOKS SO GOOD,” one user commented. “Love the red hair!” another added.

She is rocking the same strawberry red hair color she first debuted back in 2015 when the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries debuted on the network. In an interview with Glamour, Candace shared how she felt about the change.

“I feel like either Jessica Rabbit or Ariel [from The Little Mermaid],” she joked. “… I feel very bubbly as a blonde, which is natural for me. But there’s something very different about being a redhead. I feel a little more mature with it. I loved it right away, but I think my husband prefers me blonde!”

Over the years, Candace Cameron Bure has been seen on and off with the hair color. She likes to go back and forth between the two shades. But she eventually returns to her trademark blonde. No matter what color Candace has, she always looks great.

In late February, Candace went on a skiing trip with her family. She shared a selfie of herself with her husband, Val Bure. At the time, her hair looked like it was transitioning from blonde to red. She was working her way up to the color.
