In November 2020, Erika Jayne announced her divorce from Tom Girardi. Since then, she’s been trying her best to move on. But she can’t avoid his legal affairs. As fans know, Erika and Tom made headlines for their embezzlement case. Edelman PC accused the duo of using money meant for victims of a plane crash and lavishing their lifestyle.

Nowadays, Erika is making moves. She previously teased that she’s setting up her online dating profile. On Valentine’s Day, she got an enormous bouquet of red roses. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star casually picked up the gift in her silk robe. This comes amid her ongoing divorce battle from Tom.

Has Erika Jayne moved on?

The Bravo star received a large bouquet of red roses from a mystery suitor. The Daily Mail was the first to publish the photos. The 49-year-old wore a big smile and a red silk robe as she picked up the gift left at the door of her new Los Angeles home. Erika Jayne accessorized her look with black furry slides.

Her blonde hair was styled in long soft waves. She looked back at the paparazzi and flashed them a smile. Last month, Erika debuted her merchandise on her website. She also started selling handbags on Instagram as she reportedly deals with financial woes.

However, it’s unclear who left the gift at her doorstep. Erika didn’t share a photo of her Valentine’s Day bouquet on social media. Instead, she has been sharing glam shots and photos from her Savage X Fenty campaign. Maybe Erika or a friend bought the flowers to make her day even sweeter.

Earlier this month, Tom was placed under a temporary conservatorship. His brother Robert Girardi is now in charge of his estate and daily care. This comes amid his increasing legal problems. He reportedly suffered a health relapse, according to Us Weekly.

RHOBH star accused of failing to help trustees

Attorney Ronald Richards accused Erika Jayne of withholding pertinent information that could allow trustees to seize Tom’s property and pay back the victims and creditors. She refuses to help them locate the hidden assets of her estranged husband. According to the bankruptcy proceedings filed against Thomas, the reality star is not cooperating with the victims.

“[Erika] has done nothing to help trustees to help locate those assets… She could provide a lot of help. Why is she not cooperating with the U.S. Trustee?” Ronald Richards said in an interview with The Daily Beast on Tuesday, February 16. “She has not shown any contrition for the victims.”

Previously, Erika’s RHOBH co-star Dorit Kemsley called out Ronald for “bullying” Erika with her tweets. But he told the outlet that he’s just seeking justice. He also confirmed that Erika did not sign a prenuptial agreement before entering their 20-year marriage. Ronald also thinks it’s ironic that Erika requested spousal support since she’s the one making money.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 will debut sometime this year.
