Kroy Biermann has gotten temporary custody of his children. This is something fans did not expect. However, he was granted custody after saying Kim Zolciak was neglecting their children. Fans do not think Kim would be neglecting their children. However, Kroy thinks that she is putting her image and wants before the needs of their children. So, then the judge awarded him custody. Kim has been ready to fight this in court. She does not claim that this is true and wants her children back with her. Regardless, the judge saw something that made him think she was neglecting them.

Also, Kim claims that she was not allowed to grill the witnesses in court. Kim asked for the custody order to be removed. However, there is no telling if she has won this yet. It seems as though Kim feels the ruling was not fair. She did not get to grill the witnesses. Also, their family therapist, who is supposed to speak on their behalf, refused to show up. These were things that did not rule in her favor. So, she does not think it was right that he was awarded this custody. Fans cannot disagree with this. However, they are both wrong about things.
