Taylor Frankie Paul Submits Array Of Evidence, Bruises & Sex Requests
Taylor Frankie Paul has submitted an array of evidence in her DV case with Dakota Mortensen. However, the evidence seems to lean in her favor. They are currently investigating whether Taylor violated her probation or not. If she did, this could earn her some time in jail. This is not what fans expected from her. Taylor Frankie Paul Accused Of Hitting Dakota Again
Taylor Frankie Paul was accused of domestic violence once again. Dakota has claimed that in February, Taylor scratched him and choked him with his own necklace. However, Taylor is accusing Dakota of abusing her as well. This has been a huge story as Taylor was supposed to be the new Bachelorette. Her season was canceled abruptly after a video of her abusing Dakota in 2023 was released. However, she was already arrested for that instance and facing the consequences. A lot of people were happy that ABC canceled the season, as they could not encourage that behavior.
She Submits Array Of Evidence, Bruises & Sex Requests
Taylor Frankie Paul has now submitted her own evidence. This is in regard to the incident that happened in February. Taylor sent in photos that showed injuries from a supposed assault in May 2025. However, she also sent pictures that showed bruises from an alleged incident in February 2026. This is not all of the evidence Taylor had to share. She showed text messages between her and Dakota. After the supposed incident in February, Dakota was asking Taylor for sex. Also, Taylor filed for a protective order against Dakota. Right now, they are deciding if Taylor violated her probation. If they find that she did, her consequences will not be good whatsoever.
It seems as though Taylor has submitted pictures of bruises that were supposedly caused by Dakota. She also submitted screenshots of text messages that show Dakota asking for sex after the incident in February. It does not seem to look too good for Dakota either. However, the two are toxic to each other, and they need to stay away from each other. Although that is hard since they share a child.
