Kim Kardashian Branching Out Into Baseball With New Venture
Kim Kardashian is branching out into the big leagues with her latest venture. The mogul and reality star has dipped her toe into nearly everything at this point. So, what does baseball have to do with her latest career shift? Keep reading for more details on what she has up her sleeve.
Kim Kardashian Takes On Baseball
There is nothing that Kim Kardashian cannot do. She has her own shapewear line that has evolved drastically. Additionally, she has an energy drink company and multiple collaborations. Kim also has an immensely successful reality television career, which has allowed her to venture into broadcast and cable TV. She had an FX series called All’s Fair with Ryan Murphy, and, although it was highly panned, it was also renewed. Now, she is sharing her newest venture, which involves the world of baseball. Team Moms is the latest on Kim Kardashian’s roster and is a series from Paramount+.
Kim will be the executive producer, and it is set to launch by the end of 2026. This is a reality show, something that Kim is very familiar with, so she should have no problem navigating any challenges that come her way. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, the show will follow the students at Legendary Prep Academy. They are in grades six through twelve, and the focus is solely on baseball. The ultimate goal is to get the students Division 1 college scholarships, and hopefully, to Major League Baseball. The premise for Team Moms is as follows:
“Willing to do whatever it takes for their children to excel at America’s favorite pastime, the intensity of the program is only paralleled by the fervor of its athlete’s parents, who will stop at nothing to ensure their kids make it to the big leagues.”

It is unclear why Kim Kardashian chose this sport and this school as her focus. Regardless, this could be a fascinating social experiment and group of kids to watch.
Unacceptable Behavior
Although this could be a very interesting reality series to watch, Kim Kardashian was slammed for choosing to exploit children. Followers felt that children should not be put on television in this way and made that very clear:
- Children shouldn’t be on reality tv. They have no consent or power in these situations. Anything that Kim and that family is involved in is gross.
- Leave it to a Kardashian to make a youth reality show to further traumatize and exploit children. Why are they so toxic
- Producing reality tv seems like a better venture than her attempt at acting. But yea, kids obviously don’t belong on reality TV.
