‘RHOA’ Kim Zolciak Ready To Take On Rich BF’s Estranged Wife
Former RHOA star Kim Zolciak is ready to take on her excessively wealthy boyfriend’s estranged wife during a court appearance. Of course, Kim seemingly wants nothing to do with their legal battle. Yet, it appears that she does not have much of a choice. Keep reading for more on what Kim will be forced to discuss and why.
Kim Zolciak Headed To Court
The Real Housewives of Atlanta fans are well aware that Kim Zolciak has had a bevy of legal problems. She has been smacked with liens, lawsuits, repossessions, and more. Ultimately, her beloved mansion, in which she shared with her six children and husband, Kroy Biermann, was headed to foreclosure. Additionally, she filed for divorce from Kroy, but that became extremely combative. The police were often called, and it felt like the marriage would never find a proper ending. Finally, the two parted ways, they let their home go, and have moved on.
Kim, 47, is now seeing Kyle Mowitz, who is in the middle of a very expensive divorce. He and his estranged wife, Jillian Green, have around $100 million at stake. Therefore, it appears that Kim will be coming in and answering questions. So, what will she be asked, and why is it relevant? It appears the inquiry will solely be regarding gifts, money, and loans that Kyle might have gifted Kim during their romance. Initially, the RHOA alum did not want to participate in the questioning whatsoever.

Kim Zolciak felt that Jillian Green’s subpoenaing her was “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to … embarrass her.” As for Kyle Mowitz, he also did not feel that this was a necessary move in their divorce proceedings. His attorney, Marvin Solomiany, shared this sentiment:
“Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
Kim and Kyle initially met in early 2025. However, they did not make anything public until around October 2025. As for Kyle and his estranged wife, their marriage ended in 2024 after seven years.

Those who are familiar with Kim Zolciak had a lot of questions regarding the Atlanta, Georgia-based mother. They could not understand how she kept landing these wealthy men, and moreover, why they wanted to take care of her:

- What’s really astounding is how desperate a man has to be to even WANT to be with this used up train wreck.
Kim and her daughter, Brielle Biermann, were in the hot seat when they were exposed for taking money from men in relationships. Now, it seems that Kim has found her person, albeit with some major baggage, not that she is innocent at all.
