It is set to air in February of this year. However, fans were shocked that there were only three coaches. It seems that they are trying something else out. However, the season was not easy for Kelly to film. She was dealing with the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock. So, fans are curious to see how she is going to be as a coach.

It has been revealed that Kelly is devastated and heartbroken during the holidays because of the death of her ex-husband. She feels awful for her children as they have now lost their father. However, she is trying her best for them. An exclusive source told People how she was feeling.
“Kelly is obviously heartbroken for her kids. Losing their dad is incredibly painful and confusing, but she’s also very grounded. She’s not someone who falls apart. She looks at life realistically and does everything she can to make things as steady and loving as possible for her kids.”
They also revealed that she is trying to be there for her kids as much as possible and that she is a great mother. Fans feel awful for her children as this is a heartbreak no one wants to endure.

Exactly. Pretty sure there was no love lost there *but* I do understand how she is heartbroken for her children, not herself. They lost their father, no matter the relationship she had with him.
It’s not right to think about it that way that’s why she divorced him but they’re still the father of her children and that’s hard for them Losing their dad so young, so my heart goes out to her. She’s doing what she’s supposed to be doing being a mother.🙏🥰 prayer for Kelly and her family
It is very hard to have your child. Lose their father my 15-year-old daughter‘s father died the same year. My father died in 2023. It’s devastating I feel for her at least she has a big support system. That’s behind her unfortunately when you’re alone and you don’t talk to your family very much it’s very difficult as a single parent. My daughter’s father was from Mexico so I get no Kind of funds for him passing away for her support so I am a real single parent as she is now, we don’t have every other weekend off. We don’t get help by a check or monetary contributions. Stay blessed Kelly you got this.
