New Jersey parents were arrested after police found out they had a child chained to a toilet and locked in a dog crate for years. This is not what people expected to hear. Child Comes Out And Says What Is Done
The New Jersey child turned 18 and came out about what her mother and stepfather had done to her for years. Everything she had to go through was awful and something people cannot imagine. Her mother pulled her out of school in the sixth grade. After this, she was forced to live in a dog crate. She would be let out periodically, but was forced to be in the crate the majority of the time. This went on for about a year. The child was then forced to live in a bathroom, chained up with a padlock on the door. She also claims that she was sexually assaulted by her stepfather and beaten with a belt often.

The New Jersey parents were then arrested for making their child live in the “House of Horrors”. Spencer was her mother, while Mosley was her stepfather. They were charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. Both could face a long time in prison if convicted of the crime. People do not think they will get away with it, and they will more than likely be spending the majority of the rest of their lives locked behind bars. However, they will still have better living environments than their child did.

It seems as though Spencer and Mosley are going to be in prison for a long time. Mosley would be in prison for 50 years and Spencer 25, if they plead guilty. However, all of the evidence seems to be there, so there is no getting out of this. People think this story is awful.
