His last reported weight was 353 pounds, and his photos this year indicate that he has made better progress.

Justin Gives Huge 2025 Life Update

Justin McSwain recently took to IG to share new photos about how his life is going. The My 600-Lb Life star revealed that he’s now learning to raise animals, grow food, and build a life with his own hands. He’s living a peaceful farm life along with his significant other. He added, “Sometimes we’re milking goats. Other times we’re cleaning out chicken coops, chasing pigs, or just sitting under the gazebo watching the wind roll through the grass.”

Justin also said that health isn’t just about weight or numbers. He believes that having good food, hard work, rest, family, and purpose are far greater than stepping on a scale. Justin is also planning to launch a YouTube channel to document his farm life, saying, “We’ve been toying with the idea of sharing more of the journey.
