They were all dressed up in white while Josie carried her ultrasound photos. She captioned, “OH BABY🫶🏻.” Many fans congratulated Josie on her growing family. She welcomed her third child, Miles, in February 2024. Kelton’s wife has yet to share the due date for her upcoming fourth child.

But the group later found out that there were three positive results in the test kits, implying that there was one more family member who was expecting. It was later revealed to be Josie. But what caught the attention of many was the insane amount of views the video has already gotten shortly after they uploaded it.
Some Bringing Up Bates fans even discussed it, saying that it could force Josie to transition to becoming a full-time social media influencer, just like some of her siblings, Katie and Carlin.
