Alec Baldwin’s son, Romeo, was involved in an accident and needed to go to the hospital. His mother, Hilaria Baldwin, posted a message about it on social media and explained what happened and how bad the injury is. Fans also made sure to let the little guy know they were thinking of him after the painful injury.

Alec Baldwin’s Wife Explains Son’s Broken Collarbone
Alec Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria, headed to social media to let fans know about an accident her son Romeo was in. According to the six-year-old’s mother, Romeo Alejandro David was involved in an accident while playing at the park. It was also pretty serious, as he suffered a broken collarbone.
“Romeo was playing in the park yesterday and broke his collarbone,” Hilaria wrote on Instagram. “It’s gonna be a bit of healing journey, it’s super painful, but we are really grateful for the kind medical staff that is taking care of him!”
Hilaria was decked out in a two-piece green sweatsuit and posed for the picture behind her son, who had his sling and arm brace on, showing off the injury. This also wasn’t Romeo’s first time to suffer an injury. It seems he plays hard, as he received stitches in October 2024. Hilaria also showed off that injury on social media.
At the time, she said he “banged his head” and got stitches from his doctor, who she also tagged in the post. She also asked why these things always happen on weekends. The broken collarbone photo was also on a weekend, with Hilaria posting it on a Saturday.

After the post on social media, fans flocked into the comments to send their well-wishes and positive thoughts to Alec Baldwin, Hilaria Baldwin, and young Romeo.

They include Rafael Thomas, 9, Leonardo Angel Charles, 8, Edu Pao Lucas, 4, Carmen Gabrela, 11, Maria Lucia Victoria, 4, and Ilaria Catalina Irena, 2. Alec also has an older daughter with ex-wife Kim Basinger, named Ireland Baldwin. The Baldwins airs on TLC and shows Alec and his family’s home life.
