‘Live’ Kelly Ripa Has No Studio, Will Broadcast From Cafeteria, Details

There is a lot of buzz surrounding Live, as Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are moving their fan-favorite talk show to a completely new studio. However, there is a huge catch in the meantime, as the husband and wife duo will broadcast their show from the cafeteria. Here’s everything we know so far.
Live: Kelly Ripa And Mark Consuelos Are Moving To A New Studio
There are some big things ahead for Live, as well as the beloved husband and wife co-hosts, Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa. After more than 30 years of broadcasting from the same studio, Live is moving to a swanky new venue, and there is a lot of buzz and excitement on account of this major move.
Even though there are some new changes on the horizon, both Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are feeling sentimental lately, as they had to say goodbye to the location that has been home to the show for decades. There are a lot of good memories that the old studio holds. So, for that reason, it’s not surprising that both Kelly and Mark were feeling some type of way about saying goodbye.
Popular Talk Show Will Debut In New Studio, But There’s A Catch
It turns out, Live will officially debut from the upscale, new studio on April 14. In the meantime, however, there is a catch. An insider recently dished that the duo will essentially be broadcasting from the cafeteria until the April 14 date comes to pass.
The insider recently told Page Six: “They’re basically going to be doing it from the cafeteria lobby… because they don’t have a studio.”
Another insider went on to add that they will be broadcasting from a space adjacent to the cafeteria, adding that it is a “gorgeous open sprawling space near the cafeteria.” This second source also said: “It’s amazing! They’re just putting the final touches on the studio, but everyone is thrilled to be in this new Disney building.”
With all of these changes coming for Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos on Live, including their new address, the fans are even more hyped for what is to come, as the show branches out into an entirely new chapter. Fans are certainly going to want to tune in for that April 14 broadcast when they film from their new space officially.
Kelly Ripa And Mark Consuelos Are Still Going Strong
Not only do Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos make a great team on the air, but, they also make a great team off-camera as well. With everything that this pair has had going on, Kelly recently took the time to wish her man a happy birthday, calling her husband her “favorite golfer.”
All these years later, their fans love to see the love that they still share, and many watchers can’t wait to see them in their new studio.
