It isn’t the narrator. It’s the producers and people putting the show together. THe narrator just says what the producers tell him to say. The problem is repeating over and over again the same thing for each episode. Too much Gary Drayton who always says too much when the camera is rolling. Every episode they repeat the scans they are going to do to date relics they find. Every episode, Gary says, “Let me take out my pinpointer”. Because not much of interest is found, the show’s editors put alot of filler in so it’s ok if you’re a new viewer but if you’re like me and been watching for 12 years, it gets aggravating. Also, none of them are on social media so they don’t know how the viewers feel
They repeat themselves all the time. I gave up on them years ago. They are killing the golden goose by dragging it out. “Oh lookie, a handmade nail. Wow!”
