‘Golden Bachelor’ Susan Noles In Hospital For Surgery
Golden Bachelor star Susan Noles has a lot of fans from her time on the show. She wasn’t on the reality show for long – she went home in Week 5. However, she formed a close friendship with Gerry Turner and his eventual winner, Theresa Nist. Close enough that Susan was asked to officiate the couple’s TV wedding. Susan was as shocked as everyone when the couple divorced a few months later.
The Bachelor Nation alum took to social media to share a picture from a hospital bed right before she went into surgery. Keep reading to find out why she’s going under the knife this time.
Susan Noles Is An Open Book With Fans
Susan Noles was popular on The Golden Bachelor because of her sense of humor. She kept viewers and the other ladies in stitches with her commentary and jokes. Her larger-than-life personality translated into several post-show opportunities. She co-hosts a podcast with Kathy Swarts. The ladies became close on the ABC reality show.
Susan Noles even walked the runway at the famed New York Fashion Week in February 2024. She’s also been open about her hope of finding love again. Viewers will see Susan back on reality TV on Hulu’s upcoming show, Got To Get Out.
The Golden Bachelor alum is transparent about many aspects of her life, including her appearance. She’s documented her experiences getting facial lasers. In October 2024, she went under the knife for a breast reduction and lower facelift. Susan nursed her bestie, Kathy Swarts, back to health after Kathy had a similar procedure.

Susan Noles, 68, explained why she had the plastic surgery done. According to PEOPLE magazine, she said, “This was for me. This is what makes me feel good.”
Golden Bachelor Star In Hospital For Surgery
Susan Noles had to cut a trip to her beloved St. Martin short earlier this month. She often travels to the Caribbean island for some fun in the sun. Sometimes her friends from The Golden Bachelor join her. But none of the other ladies seemed to be on this trip.
Susan shared some fun videos from her vacation time. However, one photo she shared was definitely not fun. She posted a picture of an x-ray and a photo of her with her arm in a cast.
She explained that she fell while walking on a trail and broke her wrist in two places. The doctor in St. Barth’s immediately sent her back to the States for further care.
Unfortunately, the break in her wrist requires surgery. She took to Instagram on Friday to share the news that she was going under the knife. The doctors have to put plates and screws in her wrist.
Her social media followers flooded the comment section with support and well wishes for a successful surgery. Her fans doubt the injury will keep Susan down for long. Maybe Kathy Swarts will be Susan’s nurse during the recovery process.
