‘Teen Mom’ Clues Mackenzie McKee Is Expecting Baby #4
Are there more clues that Teen Mom star, Mackenzie McKee is expecting baby number four? She and her fiance, Khesanio Hall underwent IVF so that they could start a family. So, have their dreams finally come true? Keep reading for more details.
Clues Mackenzie McKee Is Expecting Baby #4
After Mackenzie McKee welcomed her third child, the Teen Mom star knew she was done having children. It was a stressful birth and she also has diabetes. Therefore, it was in her best interest to get her tubes tied, which she did. After she and her husband, Josh McKee divorced, Mackenzie met Khesanio Hall. They had an instant connection and were very happy together. At the same time, he wanted to have children and she was ready to start a family with him. That meant looking into their options such as reversing her tubal ligation. Unfortunately, it could not guarantee she would be able to conceive naturally.
They opted for IVF and she went in for her egg retrieval. Khesanio also took their relationship to the next level by proposing. This made everything even more complete and it appeared the next step would be an embryo transfer. It appears that has already happened and they were on their way to hopefully becoming parents. Right after a Valentine’s Day video that Mackenzie made in February 2025, something was suspicious. When she was dancing it seemed that she was hiding a baby bump. Fans immediately questioned if she was pregnant but kept it under wraps for the show.

Now, the Teen Mom star has posted more photos of her and her family. However, Mackenzie’s belly is covered in every photo. She is posing strategically and that is giving even more clues that she may be pregnant. Every pic someone was covering her or taken from the chest up. Fans and followers who saw the slides jumped in to say they sensed she was hiding a baby bump. More so, they knew that pose and could tell what she was doing.
Hiding The Bump
Teen Mom likely would want Mackenzie McKee to reveal her pregnancy on the show rather than on social media. If that is the case then she has to be as creative as possible to not give away that IVF worked and she is welcoming baby number four:

- She’s definitely hiding her belly😍
- Not me zooming in on Mack for baby watch. And the fact that I can’t zoom, tells me everything I need to know. Yay so happy for you guys
- Love the strategic poses 😅 Not much longer before you don’t have to hide it anymore.
Some pointed out that they had seen sonogram pics on Mackenzie’s fridge in her Snapchat. However, she has yet to confirm nor deny what is going on. Everyone is so thrilled for her so hopefully she won’t have to hide much longer.
