Some fans on social media discussed Jessie Holmes’ most recent Iditarod victory. The Life Below Zero star won the Iditarod 53 by taking five of the six checkpoint awards throughout the race. He crossed some of the harshest, including two rivers. He has a finishing time of 10 days, 14 hours, 55 minutes, and 44 seconds.

Life Below Zero: Jessie Holmes’ Competitions Over The Years
From 2018 to 2024, Jessie Holmes failed to capture first place in his Iditarod races. He had an unfortunate run last year after only finishing in third place with a time frame of 9 days, 8 hours, and 18 minutes. However, it was two steps further compared to his 2023 run, where he only finished in fifth place. He took 9 days, 4 hours, and 8 minutes to finish the race. His worst race was back in 2019, when he ended up in 27th place. But since then, he has been more consistent and competitive, ultimately leading to his 2025 victory.
