‘The Masked Singer’: Who Is Boogie Woogie?

The Masked Singer recently not only returned for Season 13, but also recently introduced Group B. Fans are naturally wondering who is who on the series. One costumed character under speculation is Boogie Woogie.
Boogie Woogie Is A One-Eyed Disco Dancer On The Masked Singer
As seen in the character’s “Clues” video, the disco-themed Boogie Woogie gave a short summary of their career. Wearing a silver mask, Boogie Woogie’s currently anonymous performer introduces their costume. As they explain, “I am him. He is me. We are one. Becoming Boogie Woogie feels like disco destiny.”
“Because my whole childhood, I’d do anything to be the center of attention. And look at this guy he’s certainly capturing the spotlight.”

Boogie Woogie continued, “Back in the day, I had extravagant dreams of being a clown. So, I taught myself to juggle.” This caused the panelists to suspect “juggling” could refer to “juggling careers.”
Boogie Woogie then claimed to move onto more “serious aspirations” while in high school. Namely, they tried “being a magician,” even winning a talent show. He also described himself as a “clown.”
However, upon graduation, Boogie Woogie claimed the only job they could get was busking, “which didn’t exactly pay the bills.” He described this time as “more panic, less disco.”
However, Boogie Woogie “trusted that this was my calling. Because I believe in a thing called doing what you love. And one moment can change everything.”
Boogie Woogie Is A Triple Threat: Juggler, Magician, & Clown (Which Could Be Clues)
Claiming Apollo, the God of Music, called him to perform on stage, Boogie Woogie sang, “I Believe in a Thing Called Love” by the Darkness. His magic trick for the night was making the other masked singers “disappear.”
The Masked Singer’s four panelists, Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Rita Ora, already offered up their guesses. This included names like Adam Lambert, Andy Samberg, Mika, and Criss Angel.
For the time being, others are making their guesses. Gold Derby, for their part, guessed it could be actor Neil Patrick Harris. As the publication noted, the singer has some fondness for magic, even performing a few tricks for the 2013 Emmys.
Harris was also noted to have juggled on The Rachael Ray Show. Harris’ work as a comedic actor could also tie in neatly with Boogie Woogie calling himself a “clown.”
Of course, some fans have made other suggestions. After all, fans have been sharing theories on social media and in the comments to videos released on The Masked Singer‘s YouTube videos.
Boogie Woogie’s “more panic, less disco” comment is likely a shout-out to the pop band, Panic! At The Disco. This has some fans wondering if frontman Brendon Urie could even be the one in the costume.
Another figure that has been suggested is Andy Grammer. Notably, Boogie Woogie’s love of magic could be a nod to Grammer’s song, “Magic.”
