Gypsy Rose Blanchard Debuts Sassy New Hair
Gypsy Rose Blanchard has just debuted a sassy new hairstyle and she looks fun and fresh. The new mother of Aurora is currently doing press for Season 2 of her Lifetime docuseries. While doing so, she decided it was time for a refresh. Keep reading for more details and to see her new style.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Debuts Sassy New Hair
For years as she was growing up, Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s mother, Dee Dee, shaved her head. It helped keep up the facade that Gypsy was very ill when, in reality, she was healthy. So, Gypsy was essentially bald until she went to prison for the murder of her mom. Then, her hair grew out and upon her December 2023 release, she was able to experiment with new styles. She cut her hair, went blonde, back to brunette, and was constantly evolving with her look. Going blonde made sense for Gypsy as she had heard the love of her life, Ken Urker mainly liked blondes.
Yet, she was still married to her first husband, Ryan Scott Anderson who was thrown off by her transformation. He did not mind it but it seemed he never knew who he was coming home to. Three months after her release, Gypsy realized things were not working with Ryan so she left and reconnected with Ken. They soon found out they were expecting and welcomed a daughter in December 2024, exactly one year after Gypsy’s release. She is currently doing press for her Lifetime docuseries, Life After Lockup, and opted for a fresh, new look.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard took to social media to share her transformative journey. She went to the salon with shoulder-length hair and said they were doing something big. Gypsy then emerged with a short and sassy brunette bob that looked incredibly healthy and stylish. More so, she seems to be embracing this new chapter of her life as a mother. Fans and followers who saw her new look had mixed feelings as they loved her longer locks.
Is It For Her?
Gypsy Rose Blanchard seems to be embracing her new vibe and layered bob. She looks refreshed and happy but some fans did not care for the change:
- No!!!!!!! I loved the way your hair was 😢
- It’s giving “ let me speak to the manager “ 😭 .
- I think I prefer the longer hair. Just seems a bit more feminine. Still beautifully done tho.
- That just made you look much older than you are😢
- Nooooooo it just added 20 years onto you😢😢
However, some followers loved her new style and felt it was beautifully done. More so, it was noted that she was cutting off all of the negativity from her past. After she showed off her chop, she then shared a snap of her and her daughter as they prepared to go to the market. It was a whole new Gypsy and fans referred to her as “confident” with her bob.
