The bariatric surgeon believes he still buys foods that are not allowed in her diet. Angel was later approved for bariatric surgery, but it was delayed due to her previous abdominal surgery.

She was also hospitalized without Dr. Now’s knowledge after suffering from nausea. She went to a different hospital and had to have a feeding tube after getting diagnosed as malnourished. But despite all the hurdles, Angel got back on track and eventually dropped 309 pounds. She ended her episode at 261 pounds, and many of her photos today indicate that she has done much better behind cameras.

Angel Parrish recently took to Facebook to share a new photo of herself with her significant other. The My 600-Lb Life star simply captioned her post with, “4 ever.” But what’s noticeable is her stunning weight loss progress. Angel has yet to share her current weight. It seems she’s now somewhere below 200 pounds based on the picture. Many fans also took to the comments section to share how impressed they were by her progress.

Angel hasn’t shared updates about her life since 2018. Due to this, many were surprised to see her back with a new photo. But the My 600-Lb Life star has uploaded photos with her son in 2016, showing that she’s now living her best life as a mother.

Angel Parrish has yet to get a return episode with Dr. Now. But TLC has been releasing new episodes of Where Are They Now? since the Season 13 finale. At this point, fans can only hope that the network will contact Angel again and film an update episode about her physical journey.
