‘My 600-Lb Life’ S3 What Happened To Susan Farmer?
My 600-Lb Life Season 3 featured the story of Susan Farmer. She had one of the most difficult journeys in the season. Weighing 607 pounds, Susan was having difficulties not just with her daily routines but also with her mental health. She called her life miserable and reached a point of almost giving up. My 600-Lb Life: Susan Farmer’s Weight Loss Journey
Susan faced major setbacks during her weight loss journey. The My 600-Lb Life star was suffering from lymphedema on both of her legs. The severe swelling left her almost paralyzed. However, Susan still lost enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery. Her hard work also resulted in her lymph node being removed and having excess skin removal surgery. By the end of her episode, Susan was able to drop 267 pounds. She ended her episode at 390 lbs, and many of her social media posts indicate that she continued pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
What Happened To Susan?
Susan Farmer has been active on social media. The My 600-Lb Life star likes to spread positivity, proving that she has defeated her past negative mindset. She has yet to share her current weight. But her last photo from January 2024 shows a much healthier version of her. It appears that Susan prefers a more private life despite her social media presence.
Regardless, many fans are excited for her new life. She even expressed how happy she was about being able to wear jeans for the first time in many years when she showed Dr. Now her massive weight loss progress. Dr. Now also advised her to continue moving forward in her journey and avoid having an unhealthy relationship with food again.
My 600-Lb Life: Susan Farmer’s Return Episode
Susan also had a Where Are They Now? episode where she shared major updates about her physical journey. According to the My 600-Lb Life star, she lost an additional 35 pounds since parting ways with the bariatric surgeon, dropping herself down to 305 lbs. She also revealed that her excess skin removal helped her drop an additional 46 pounds. She then revealed that she’s now somewhere around 200 lbs, making her one of the most successful patients of Dr. Now today.
Susan Farmer also revealed that she found a new job at RDI Xtract, which is a records and data company. She currently lives in Eddy, Texas. Her FB bio also states that she’s still single, and it seems she’s focusing more on herself before entering a relationship.
TLC has started releasing Where Are They Now? episodes since the Season 13 finale. Due to this, fans can expect more returning patients who will share either good or bad news about their journey.
