GAF Releases Video For ‘WCTH’ Spinoff ‘When Hope Calls’ Season 2
Great American Family has released a Sneak Peek video for the When Calls The Heart spinoff When Hope Calls Season 2. In addition, there is some new information shared about the storylines this season, including at least one original character planning to move on.

GAF Shares More About When Hope Calls Season 2
On Thursday, People Magazine shared an exclusive on When Hope Calls Season 2. They included a video preview as well as a synopsis of what fans should expect in the second season of the Great American Family series. Firstly, the video shows Cindy Busby, as Nora. She is headed to Brookfield in a carriage. When asked about her journey, she only shares, “I have some personal business.”
Next, Hopefuls get to see gorgeous Christopher Russell in red serge. He is new Mountie Fearless Fletcher. Gabriel, RJ Hatanaka, is out of town. The Mountie has a meet-cute with the adorable Nora and some spilled coffee.
The next scene cuts to Nora speaking to Lillian (Morgan Kohan). This is when she shares her reason for coming to Brookfield. She tells Lillian, “I knew your mother.” Lillian’s shocked reply is, “My birth mother?”
Nora and Fletcher are in the following scene, on a carriage ride. This seems like the main romance. Trevor Donovan’s Constable Jim Reynolds is heard saying, “She’s a good person, good heart, not to mention beautiful.” Donovan will join the series in the third episode.
Next, we learn that Lilian and Gabriel are writing love letters. They are in a long-distance relationship. How long will this continue? Meanwhile, Jon McLaren’s Sam is back in town, and Hannah Sarah Fisher) is finding that running her uncle’s ranch is not easy.

Here Is The WHC Season 2 Logline
While the GAF When Hope Calls preview videos show a lot, the logline shared has more juicy details. This will give viewers a lot more information of what is to come. “When Nora, an out-of-town lawyer arrives in Brookfield led by an unexpected family connection, the town welcomes her along with the new Mountie, Fearless Fletching, who is filling in for Mountie Gabriel.”
“Sam returns from prospecting for gold and meets Maggie’s (Hanneke Talbot) parents who have come to visit. Lillian has been looking after the orphanage since her sister, Grace, married and moved to London. When Lillian receives a letter from Mountie Gabriel who tells her how much he loves her, she is torn between her long-distance love and ongoing duty to the orphans in Brookfield.”
“Tess (Wendy Crewson) has a new foal on her land that goes missing. Tess searches with the help of brother-in-law Ronnie (Neil Crone) who runs Brookfield’s hotel. Hannah Lawrence tries to maintain the sprawling ranch of her late uncle Ray, with the help of Wyatt (Nick Bateman) who oversees the day-to-day.”

When Is The When Hope Calls Season 2 Premiere On GAF?
The premiere of When Hope Calls Season 2 is on Sunday, April 6, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on Great American Family. However, the premiere is available through Pure Flix three days earlier, on Thursday, April 3.
