She promised to maintain a healthy lifestyle after her episode. She parted ways with Dr. Now at 328 lbs. Her huge weight loss also allowed her to become more active as a parent, and many of her social media posts today indicate that she’s still thriving in her physical journey.

Tara remains active on Facebook, sharing updates about her kids. The My 600-Lb Life star recently wished her daughter a happy birthday. Unfortunately, Tara remains discreet about her weight loss journey. She has struggled with her love life after a nasty split with her fiancé, whom she allegedly cheated on. Since then, Tara has put most of her time into her family.

In May 2024, Tara shared a rare photo of herself bonding with her dog in a car. She also uploaded a photo with her son in April 2024 to wish him a happy birthday. However, it seems Tara is back struggling to stand up as she sat in most of her photos. Last month, Tara shared a quick message on Facebook saying that she needed a mini fridge, adding that she’s been struggling to grab foods in her current fridge, which may indicate that she’s struggling with her weight again.

In addition to her alleged struggles, Tara also took to Facebook earlier this month to share a lobster buffet promo at a restaurant and even invited her daughter, who’s seemingly struggling with obesity as well. At this point, My 600-Lb Life fans can only hope that Tara will get the help she needs if she’s back to her old ways.

Career-wise, it seems Tara is still unable to work due to her weight. Her FB bio states that she’s “Self-Employed,” but she hasn’t shared anything about how she makes an income.
