‘The View’ Why Did Alyssa Farah Griffin Suddenly Disappear?

Recently, there have been many panelists on The View coming and going. For instance, Whoopi Goldberg took some time to jet off to Paris, France, and show off her slim body. Likewise, Joy Behar has been out off and on with her new play. But why did controversial panelist Alyssa Farah Griffin suddenly disappear from her normal station on the show?
The View Is Struggling To Keep Its Panelists
Unquestionably, The View moderator, Whoopi Goldberg has been hit hard recently with the flu. After she took her trip across the world, she came back to business as usual. However, then Joy Behar was out with a long absence. Whoopi wasn’t back long when she attended the Saturday Night Live Anniversary Special and quickly was taken down by the rampantly circulating illness. But as she reentered the workplace, her co-worker, Alyssa Farah Griffin, suddenly disappeared.

Why Did Alyssa Farah Griffin Suddenly Disappear?
When The View kicked off on February 24, Whoopi Goldberg was back in action. However, she wasn’t doing great. While opening the day, Whoopi hacked and had a difficult time breathing. Admittedly, Whoopi says that the flu is “awful” this year. But not only that, the U.S. is facing what is being called a “Quademic.” Notably, the CDC has reported that cases of COVID-19, Flu, RSV, and Norovirus infections are surging across the states. Additionally, Whoopi chatters about how her “bones” and “head” hurt terribly during her week-long absence. Everyone agreed even the flu shot wasn’t effective with the severe strain hitting the public. Then, Whoopi reveals that Alyssa Farah Griffin is taking her turn at being out sick. Nonchalantly, Whoopi said, “So, Alyssa’s out sick. I am back.” But fans connect that there may have been exposure right at The View table.

Fans Blame Whoopi Goldberg For Alyssa Farah Griffin’s Disappearance
On X, The View fans didn’t hold back on blaming Whoopi Goldberg for bringing the sickness with her to work. Seemingly, they think she may have been the cause of Alyssa Farah Griffin contracting her illness. Although some people were happy to see the controversial panelist gone, others think Whoopi was very inconsiderate of her co-hosts.
- One person chastises, “Whoopi is still coughing, sounds congested, talking about how it was so bad her bones hurt, but she’s back to work less than a week later. Now her coworker is out, probably thanks to Whoopi. And the crowd laps it up like dogs. Which cohost will be out next?”
