Fans of The Bachelor franchise will see a famous cast member make an appearance on the series, Below Deck Down Under. Captain Jason Chambers has even teased what fans can expect in the Bravo crossover event. As the captain hinted, fans might get to see a whole new side to the famous Bachelor Nation alum.

Below Deck Is No Stranger To Bravo Crossover Events

Below Deck Down Under is a spin-off of the Below Deck series. It follows a superyacht as it travels through Australia and, in the third season, Africa. Through the series, Jason Chambers has served as captain aboard the Thalassa, Northern Sun, and Katina yachts.

In the first season, the series was released on Peacock. However, starting in the second season, the series switched to Bravo.

As noted by Monsters & Critics, the Below Deck series is fond of crossing over with shows of the Bravo family. For example, many cast members of the Real Housewives franchise have appeared throughout the Below Deck franchise.

It’s recently been announced that a Bachelor alum is set to appear in the series. Corinne Olympios will appear on Below Deck Down Under as a charter guest.

Olympios served as a contestant on The Bachelor‘s 21st season. During her time, she was considered a villain on the show and was eliminated by week 8. Recently, she took advantage of her “villain” status to appear on the first season of House of Villains.

The Captain Teased They Had A ‘Ball’ During The Crossover

Olympios later appeared on Bachelor in Paradise during the fourth season. However, she left during in the first week due to a production shutdown.

Captain Jason himself teased what Olympios’ appearance will be like. Reportedly, she will appear on the series with a sister and friends. However, it’s unknown when her charter will happen. Notably, Olympios’ appearance had previously been teased in a Season 3 trailer.

According to the publication, Jason spoke with Us Weekly about the special guests. At the time, he admitted he hadn’t met Olympios beforehand.

The captain shared, “They were fantastic,” also noting that they were “great.” In fact, he mused that they could be too sweet for the show.

Though he didn’t give much details, the captain mused, “They were sweet. It’s probably too nice.”

Captain Jason also spoke with Page Six‘s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” where he shared more details. As he noted, “We had a ball.” A caption teased, “Corinne made napping cool again and I’ll always love her for that.”

“They put a little bit of pressure on the stewardesses, which we all like to see them running around. They didn’t mind a drink or two, and they didn’t mind getting in the water. And they’re not too bad looking either.”

As the publication noted, Olympios is known for her status as a reality show “villain.” However, this new appearance might allow viewers to see another side to the Bachelor Nation alum.
