Olivia Plath Shares Her Reflection
Recently, Welcome To Plathville star, Olivia Plath added a post on Instagram that discussed her life reflections so far. She was brought up in a heavily religious family. Likewise, she has talked about purity culture messing her up. But on Instagram, she had a “coffee date” with her younger self. Additionally, it was a caring reflection of how she looked at who she was and how much she had grown through her experiences. While she breaks the sad news to her excited younger self that she will eventually be divorced, she reassures her that she will grow up “a confident, curious, and compassionate person.” But after some fans saw her post they are hoping Olivia won’t be on the next season.
Why Are Fans Done With Olivia Plath?
On Reddit, Welcome To Plathville fans discussed that Olivia Plath’s narrative is getting tiresome. One user said, “I thought [she] was in her ‘less annoying’ era.” Then, they posted a screenshot of Olivia’s Instagram post about talking to her younger self. She was basing it off poet and author Jennae Cecelia’s inspired book, “I Met Myself for Coffee.” In it, Jennae took a moment to embrace who she was at each stage of her life. Although Olivia seemingly wants to help others understand that people change over time, some fans were turned off by the extremely long post she made.

Olivia Plath’s writing appeared over a clip of her smiling and combing through her hair with her fingers. Many of her followers found her words to be empowering. But some people were frustrated the sentences were over the top of her face making it difficult to read. Likewise, others think she is spouting self-help.

After seeing Welcome To Plathville star Olivia Plath’s Instagram post, some fans were turned off by her seemingly bitter diatribes. Additionally, some people think she is a perpetual “victim.” Furthermore, other users believe she shouldn’t be included in the new season.
