‘RHOBH’ Boz Saint John Shares Devastating Loss
RHOBH newcomer, Boz Saint John is sharing her devastating loss as she begins to navigate the next steps in her life. The former chief marketing officer (CMO) of Netflix has won fans over with her logical thinking and the way she handles the ladies. She has also been very candid about her life and now, she is opening up and it is absolutely heartwrenching. Keep reading for more details.
RHOBH Boz Saint John Shares Devastating Loss
Season 14 of RHOBH underwent a few changes. Crystal Kung Minkoff was let go after three seasons while Annemarie Wiley was fired after just one. Kathy Hilton was brought back after missing Season 13 which was great since fans had missed her quirky humor. At the same time, they had hoped there would be far more transparency from the cast. OG Kyle Richards and longtime co-star, Dorit Kemsley were allegedly given ultimatums. They could no longer hide what was going on behind closed doors.
If they did, they would be axed. Dorit started Season 14 revealing she and her husband, PK had separated. Additionally, she shared he was an alcoholic so she dove right in and did her job. To round out the cast, actress Jennifer Tilly was added as a friend, and Boz Saint John was made a full-time housewife. She was a boss who had held many prominent job titles. A widow with a teenage daughter, she had a boyfriend of nearly a year and they were exploring having a baby. However, on the Tuesday, February 18th episode, Boz told a heartwrenching story.

Boz and her boyfriend, Keely Watson have been together for nine months, as seen on RHOBH. They have yet to say “I love you” but he has no kids. Therefore, he wants to have one to three children with the forty-eight-year-old mogul. She is a mother to a daughter, Lael, and is not worried about her fertility. Yet, according to Reality Tea, she unexpectedly got pregnant before Lael and it ended in tragedy:
“The experiences of pregnancy have not been easy for me. got pregnant unexpectedly with my first daughter, named Eve. Five months into my pregnancy, I discovered that I had early stages of preeclampsia, a disease that creates high blood pressure and starts to attack your pregnancy.”
At six and half months pregnant, Boz went into labor and sadly lost Eve.
The Desire To Be A Mom
After Boz Saint John lost Eve, she knew that she was meant to be a mother. The RHOBH star went on to have a baby with her late husband and she adores Lael. Every year for her birthday, Lael can pick a country that they go to. However, she must create a thorough PowerPoint detailing why she wants to go there and Boz will then decide if it is sufficient. Although she is in her latter forties, she has not been checked out by a fertility doctor but one is flying in to meet with her and Keely. She is unsure what is next but in real-time, Boz lost her home to the California wildfires. Yet, she is so resilient and positive in her mindset that she always keeps moving and thinking ahead.
