Kanye West and Bianca Censori seem to be heading toward divorce. Both individuals have reached out to divorce lawyers, and things are coming to a head. However, one thing is very important to understand. If they are getting lawyers, there might not be a prenup involved with their marriage.

Kanye West & Bianca Censori Nearing Divorce?
With Kanye West and Bianca Censori getting divorce attorneys, it seems a big split is coming. This news also came after Bianca accompanied Kanye to the Grammy Awards in a nude see-through outfit, something that people began to suspect that Kanye forced her to wear.
Kanye seemed to mock the idea when he posted a since-deleted tweet of the definition of the word “coercion.” Now, with that said, TMZ reports that it seems like there might not be a prenup involved – and this is not good for Bianca.
According to TMZ’s sources, Kanye West has lost money since he married Bianca. In California, all assets and debts are split equally. There is a chance that she could actually owe money after the divorce. However, the site also said there is some good news. Many debts Kanye suffered were asserts he had before he married Bianca.
His Malibu mansion, which he lost tens of millions of dollars on – would not be her responsibility. However, it is also important to note that they have not filed for divorce yet, and they are only looking into it right now.
Is Bianca Possible Getting A Payoff From Kanye West?
There have also been reports that Kanye West and Bianca Censori has a verbal agreement on a payoff. The reports indicate that Bianca has a verbal agreement to receive $5 million after their short marriage. That would be the payoff to keep the divorce from going to court.
However, that news broke before the news dropped that the couple was hiring divorce attorneys. An agreement on $5 million would likely be handled together, and unless Bianca wants an attorney to look over the agreement or not, it sounds like she might want to see what she could really get.
Reports also indicate that the two are not together right now. Bianca is staying at the $35 million mansion in Beverly Park North, Los Angeles. Kanye, on the other hand, is reportedly headed back to Tokyo, Japan.
Kanye and Bianca got married in December 2022. Previously, he was married to Kim Kardashian, and they divorced in 2021.
