Khloe Shares Her Big News With Kris Jenner And Kim Kardashian

In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom had a tense conversation after nearly a decade of not being together. Although Khloe has built walls to protect herself, it was a first step in attempting to heal and move on. However, in the moment, it ripped the wound open again. After seeing Lamar, Khloe met with her mom, Kris Jenner, and her sister, Kim Kardashian.

Kim says, “Wow, if you really think about all the trauma you’ve been through.” At that point, Khloe reflected, saying, “What I went through with Lamar was so f–ked up in such a different way, it took away my innocence.” Then, she questions how quickly they went to the alter. She adds, “Maybe that’s what happens when you get married in 9 days.”

Khloe Kardashian Wouldn’t Change The Past

While The Kardashians star, Khloe Kardashian, realizes if she hadn’t left Lamar Odom, she wouldn’t have her babies, True and Tatum, but the path was harsh. Khloe admits, “But if someone asked if I would change anything, I wouldn’t change a thing.” She picked the right person at the time. However, she knows drugs were the reason life couldn’t work with her and Lamar. She knows they would still be in their marriage if he had chosen her over his addiction. Khloe also adds, “I don’t have a question about that. I know I picked the right person at that time. Nobody knew he was on drugs until it was at least a year in. That’s what was so terrifying.” But Kim Kardashian can relate to her sister’s heart being torn by the memory.

Kim Kardashian Shares Shocking Catalyst To Kanye Divorce

When The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian was listening to Khloe Kardashian relive the pain of choosing to leave Lamar, it struck a chord with her. Kim consoles Khloe, saying, “That’s the hardest part. I’ve been there.” But Kim reveals the shocking catalyst that led to her divorce from Kanye West while comforting her sister. She says, “When you don’t foresee something happening that really changes a person’s personality and then they’re not the same person, and you can’t ever get that person back, but you can’t live with the new person. I get it.” Likewise, in a confessional, Kim adds, “It’s tougher when you don’t want your marriage to end, for personal reasons, but circumstances change that force your marriage to end.”

‘Can’t Live With The New Person’

Although Kim didn’t mention Kanye West by name, she touched on the heartache she felt choosing to end their marriage. Furthermore, she says, “I’ve been there.” Additionally, she recognizes that Khloe has been in the same spot. Correspondingly, she acknowledges neither of them ever thought they would be faced with such scarring decisions. Since Kim has lived through the process, she resonates with Khloe’s pain. She adds, “It’s not really the outcome you want, but there’s no other option, I think it makes it harder to get over.” Sadly, Kim saw Kanye’s personality change drastically after marriage. When the circumstances changed, both Kim and Khloe had to recalculate.

Kim Kardashian And Kanye West’s Divorce Was Messy

Even though The Kardashians Season 6 episode didn’t include Kanye West’s name, it is easy to know who Kim Kardashian was referencing. After splitting while in the public eye, Kim and Kanye’s personal lives were exposed and very messy. While Kim had originally expressed she was lonely in the relationship, after shots were fired on social media, it came to a head. He had blasted her co-parenting of North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5. After feeling emotionally distressed, Kim made a statement about the contention between them.

She said, “While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage.” Although she wanted to keep it private, she added, “I have asked Kanye to keep our divorce private, but he has not done so.” After feeling attacked by Kanye spreading misinformation on social media, she made it a public matter she was going through with the divorce. She continues, “Kanye does not agree, but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.”
