‘Alaskan Bush People’ Ami Brown Rushed To Hospital, On Breathing Tube
In a recent post on social media, Bear Brown of Alaskan Bush People fame shared a health update concerning his mother, Ami Brown. In addition, Raiven Brown also shared a similar update with fans. The family asked for prayers as they shared the situation with fans.
Bear Brown Shared That His Mother Was Recently Taken To The Hospital
Alaskan Bush People saw the Brown family as they lived off the grid in Alaska. Ami and the late Billy Brown were the heads of the family, with viewers watching their children grow up, get married, and have children of their own.
Recently, Ami’s family shared news about the Brown family’s matriarch’s health. Taking to Instagram, Bear shared, “Mom was taken to the hospital yesterday!”
In the accompanying video, Bear shared, “I wanted to update your guys to let you know what’s going on with Mom. It’s not the best news ever, but it could be worse. Basically, late last night, Mom started getting worse and so they put a breathing tube in. And they had to like knock her out to do it.”
“And then they flew her a larger town, we got pretty small towns nearby, and so they flew her a larger town with a better hospital. That’s where she is now so that they like are attempting like wake her up. But apparently you don’t just wake people up immediately and it has to be done like stages or something which is normal.”
“It sucks for sure. She was just over at our place and she was hanging out. And she spent the night and everything when she woke up. She said that she had like a small…chest pain and all.”
Raiven Brown Also Shared A Message For Fans
“She went back to where she was staying and then later ended up calling and was saying that it was getting like worse. Then everyone told her that she should definitely go into the emergency room and get checked out.”
“And that’s when they admitted her and stuff. Just keeping you all guys updated thanks for sticking with my family. God bless.”

In addition, Bear’s wife, Raiven, also shared a few updates on her Instagram Stories. As she wrote, “Asking for unspoken prayers, please.”
“For updates on Mom, you can check the siblings’ pages but please send your prayers. A ventilator is so scary she’s so strong. I know she will be just fine.”
“But any well wishes are so appreciated at this time. The power of prayer is so strong.”
