Kanye West Helps Diddy Make Money Behind Bars, Combs Reacts
Rapper Kanye West recently made headlines after calling for music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs’ freedom. The mogul, who has been behind bars since September, has since reacted to his fellow rapper’s support. Notably, the two also made surprising claims concerning Diddy’s finances.
Kanye West & Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Were Previously Known For Their Feud Together
Combs was arrested for a variety of charges this past September. Since then, he has been kept within the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Diddy’s legal team had attempted to see him released on house arrest. However, following at least three failed bail proposals, it is believed Combs will remain behind the bars until his May 5th trial.
Since then, Diddy has also been subject to a variety of allegations made against him. However, one figure has recently come out in defense of the mogul: rapper Kayne West.
As previously reported, West, also known as “Ye,” recently defended Combs in a series of posts made on X. Starting it off, West released on simple posting reading, “Free Puff.”
West Also Made Claims Concerning A Figure Known As ‘Justin’
Later, West wrote in a follow-up post, “This man gave his life to us. This is my idol, this is my hero.” Another post had him write, “Please free my brother, Puff.” In addition, taking to Instagram, West also later shared a FaceTime call with the mogul’ son, Christian.
West’s support actually shocked some fans. Beforehand, he and Combs were known for having a feud with each other. Meanwhile, Combs, who has denied the claims against him, has also recently responded to West’s recent defense of him.

As noted by The Blast, on Instagram, Diddy’s page shared a screenshot with one of West’s posts. In the caption, he wrote, “Thank you to my brother @Ye.” He also included the link, “YEEZY.COM.”
In the captured post, West revealed a new collaboration with Diddy: “@ Yeezy.com. I’m selling the Sean John collaboration that me and my brother spoke about before they locked him up. We splitting the profits. 50/50.” The post also included images of three shirts in red, white, and blue.

According to Daily Mail, West also made unverified claims concerning Comb’s finances. He was quoted as saying, “I just found out that Puff is not allowed to make or collect money while he’s locked up. So, I’ma send his half of the money to Justin.” At the time, it’s unclear who “Justin” is. As the publication noted, it could be a reference to either Diddy’s son Justin or singer Justin Bieber.
