‘Love After Lockup’ Lindsey Downs: Where Is She Now?
Whatever happened to Love After Lockup star, Lindsey Downs? She appeared with two different men on the show and then thought she had found her forever but did that last? More so, did she maintain custody of her daughter, Miley? Keep reading for the tea on where Lindsey is now.
Lindsey Downs: Where Is She Now?
When viewers first met Lindsey Downs on Love After Lockup, she had just been released from prison. She was greeted by Scott Bradshaw, a much older man from New York who had relocated to Mississippi for the former inmate. Lindsey had a young daughter, Miley, and wanted to maintain a connection with her since she had been in prison for so long. Unfortunately, it appeared Scott was cheating on Lindsey and she went crazy on his desk. She ended up back behind bars but, when she was released, she came back with a twist. Lindsey was now dating another cast member, Daonte Sierra.
Viewers were stunned to see him and Lindsey as an item but the flame fizzled out quite quickly. She was newly released from prison, trying to work, and reconnect with her daughter but Daonte would not give her space. Finally, she had to end it and found love with her close friend, Blaine Bailey. They moved in together and got engaged but by the end of their time on Life After Lockup, it became too combative and he left. So, did he come back and where does Lindsey stand now? She is thriving.

The Love After Lockup alum graduated from the University of Mississippi and is now applying to grad schools. She even showed her stress as she prepared to take the GRE. Furthermore, she works overnights so she can be there when Miley wakes up. Lindsey Downs ensures she gets Miley up and ready for school and that she is a typical teen. Miley made her mama proud as she recently became a Beta Club member and received the English 2 Award.
Single Or Taken?
Love After Lockup fans saw Lindsey Downs grow tired of working overtime and taking care of everyone but herself. She had a daughter, a boyfriend, his child, and pets but she was putting herself on the back burner and she broke. Blaine Bailey eventually stormed out and it was unclear if he would return as he had so many times before. He has not and the two are no longer together. Lindsey has spoken very candidly on social media about how she is over all of her exes. However, she has no intentions of speaking poorly about them and going backward. She has teased that she has a girlfriend but has not revealed her.
