‘Swamp People’ Kallie Edgar Shares Throwback Family Video
Last month, it was announced that Joey Edgar’s daughter Kallie would be joining the cast of Swamp People. Fans are expected to see Kallie’s father introduce her into the family business. Recently, Kallie showed she might not be a novice when she shared a throwback video of the family.
Joey Edgar Also Often Shares Photos Of Kallie On Social Media
The History series Swamp People revolves around alligator hunters living in south central Louisiana. Often on the series, the alligator hunters are a family business, with the hunters coming from generations of alligator hunters.
Joey Edgar, who is based in Pierre Part, Louisiana, joined the cast of Swamp People starting with its seventh season. Recently, it was announced that he daughter Kallie would soon be joining the series.
At the time, it was noted that many fans of the series would be familiar with Kallie as her father often shared images of her on social media. Often, he shares photos of his daughters from family hunting trips from years past.
In one such post, Joey shared a photo of Kallie during a family hunting trip, just ahead of her joining the series. At the time, he wrote, “And so it begins…. out for a early morning deer. Hunt!”
“The outside world won’t see her for a few months, maybe occasionally, she’s going to the back of the compound, deep marsh side of the ‘EC.'” Another had Joey pose with his daughter as she was dressed up for her school’s homecoming.

Fans Were Sharing A Nickname For Kallie On The Facebook Video
However, Kallie herself also recently shared a glimpse into the family’s past on social media. In fact, as her father noted on his own social media, she recently started her own Swamp People Facebook page.
On Facebook, Kallie recently shared a video showing a family outing with her father and siblings. As shown in the video, the family was releasing alligators back into the wild.
As she wrote in the caption: “Here I am with Dad, my siblings Cole and Karlie, along with Dorien releasing gators back into the marsh. We were so young. If you haven’t seen it before, enjoy! #swamppeople.”
Taking to the comments, fans touched on what it was like seeing Kallie get involved with gators at such a young age. They also shared a nickname for the new TV personality. These comments included:
