90 Day Fiance: Tigerlily Taylor Faces Lawsuit

In 2022, Tigerlily was ordered to pay $340K to a trust that she allegedly took without permission. But the 90 Day Fiance star claimed that her uncle “forged” her grandfather’s signature. She explained that she and her mother took care of her grandmother when her grandfather passed.

She explained, “She lived another 3.5 years until she passed. My grandmother never got her stolen money back bc the court system is corrupt. Therefore, I never got my inheritance either bc the forger stole it all to keep for himself.” But it seems Tigerlily is not done exposing her uncle’s wrongdoings amid all the allegations she’s facing.

Tigerlily Addresses The Money She’s Accused Of Stealing

Tigerlily Taylor recently took to IG Stories to address the allegations that she stole money from her grandfather. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, people should start doing their own research, but she feels like she had to explain this time as the controversy gets bigger. Tigerlily said that the trustees of the trust have access to the money. However, she wasn’t a trustee when her grandfather passed away. This made her grandmother the sole beneficiary of the trust.

She added that their family is multi-millionaires and would never have financial problems. The trustee later becomes her uncle, who has done horrifying things to their grandmother for the sake of money. Tigerlily revealed that her uncle sued her grandmother and badmouthed her over the years. Luckily, Texas approved the protective order so her uncle could no longer harm their grandmother. Tigerlily then said that her grandmother was suffering from dementia, and her uncle would take advantage of it by telling her that his grandfather was still alive and even making himself sound like a child to try and take money from her. The trust was later divided into 3 after Tigerlily’s grandmother passed. But the main trustee, her uncle, never agreed to divide the money. She continued, “So ask yourself, who is the actual person who stole here? Who is the one holding all of the millions?”

90 Day Fiance: Tigerlily Taylor Discusses The $340K Lawsuit

Tigerlily also revealed in her IG Stories that the $340 was actually the amount that her uncle used to sue her grandmother back then. But the Florida court signed a court order for her and her mom to pay the legal fees that the trustee spent. She continued, “Pretty messed up right? And the kicker is that since I’m a 1/3 beneficiary, I’m owed a third of the Trust which is well over the $340K “debt.””
