Boston Rob Reveals If He Will Return For ‘Survivor 50’

Survivor 50 is right around the corner, and it will be a special season. This is the 50th season of the popular show, and Jeff Probst has already announced that it will be an all-star season. However, Jeff said it isn’t just the best of former seasons, but he wants people there who play for the love of the game and not to settle an old score. Will this include Boston Rob?
Rob Mariano is on The Traitorson Peacock right now. He has also spoken out about Survivor 50, and it turns out he has spoken to Jeff Probst about possibly appearing.
Boston Rob On Survivor 50 Possibilities
Boston Rob Mariano has appeared on Survivor five times and is now competing in the third season of The Traitors. For Survivor, Rob appeared on Survivor: Marquesas and was invited to the all-star Survivor 8, where he was the runner-up and met his wife.

He also appeared on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. Rob finally won in his fourth appearance (Survivor: Redemption Island). He also returned for the all-winners season of Survivor 40. Now, he has spoken about the possibility of coming back a sixth time for Survivor 50.
Rob showed up on the Chicks in the Office podcast and talked to the hosts about The Traitors and the Survivor 50 rumors. This is where he dropped the bomb. He spoke to Jeff Probst about the anniversary season and his possible return to reality TV competition series.

Rob said that Jeff Probst called him about the Survivor 50 opportunity. Jeff has previously said he had about 100 names on a board and needed to figure out who he should invite to make Season 50 the best one ever. However, according to Rob, it likely won’t include him.
Rob said it “doesn’t make sense” for him to return as a player. “I’ve done everything I wanted to do in the Survivor space,” Rob said (via Instagram). He basically said he doesn’t “need” to return to the show. However, he didn’t shut the door and said he didn’t mind finding another way to help with Season 50 – just not as a player.
What are your thoughts on Boston Rob saying he has nothing left to prove by competing on Survivor again? Would you like to see him return to the show in another role in the 50th season? Are you watching him on The Traitors? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
