Live with Kelly and Mark fans recently received a shocking news update concerning the show. Notably, the news was connected to the recent Los Angeles wildfires. This also comes out as many other shows have also been impacted by the recent blaze.

A Message Concerning Sherman Oaks Was Sent To Live with Kelly and Mark Subscribers

Live with Kelly and Mark has existed in its modern form since 2023, though the series has been around in some form since 1983. Kelly Ripa had joined the series in 2001, being joined by her husband Mark Consuelos in 2023.

In the past, Kelly and Mark have shown interest in moving the series to the West Coast, noting their love of Palm Springs. However, the show currently films in New York City.

As noted by Monsters & Critics, Kelly and Mark have also released a variety of merchandise for fans. This has included clothing, keychains, and even mugs seen on the show.

As noted by the publication, the series recently sent out an alert to subscribers concerning the merchandise. Due to the wildfires, things can no longer be shipped to fans.

The merchandise is held in Sherman Oaks, which is close to the Palisades fire. It is also currently under a mandatory evacuation notice.

The show’s website also issued the following statement: “The shipping of all orders is temporarily affected by the fires in the southern California/Los Angeles area, where our products are shipped from.”

The statement continued, “As soon as these conditions are resolved & safety is secure again, we will being shipping again. Thank you for your patience & understanding.” Notably, the news came out after Ripa and Consuelos returned to the show after a holiday break.

The series’ official Instagram account also shared a video concerning the wildfires. Noting that they had friends who lost much to the fire, Kelly and Mark asked viewers to go to their website to help those impacted by the fires through accredited organizations. They also commended those directly helping to fight the fires and the destruction firsthand.

As previously reported, many television shows have been impacted by the recent Los Angelese wildfire. Many have had their production halted or had promotional events canceled.

In addition, various celebrities have shared losing their homes to the wildfires. This has included Milo Ventimiglia, Ricki Lake, and Eric Braeden, many of whom have spoken out about or shared videos of the destruction online.

As noted by The Washington Post, the current death toll for the wildfires has reached up to 24 lost lives. It was also noted that 16 people specifically lost their lives to the Eaton fire, which makes “it one of the deadliest in California’s history.” The publication also noted that around 150,000 people have been made to evacuate, leaving thousands displaced.
