Big Ed Brown is one of the most despised cast members in the 90 Day Fiance universe. He first rubbed people the wrong way on Before the 90 Days when he traveled to the Philippines. There, he met his long-distance love, Rosemarie Vega. Unfortunately, the trip was filled with lies and rudeness on Ed’s behalf. He knew she wanted children but planned to have a vasectomy. Furthermore, he lied about his short stature. Then, he bought her razors, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. Big Ed claimed her breath was not good and her legs were too hairy yet she accepted him as he was.
He also asked her to take an STD test as he did not trust that she was completely clean. They parted ways and he appeared on The Single Life where he courted friend, Liz Woods. They had a very combative romance and became engaged but that was extremely toxic. Ed and Liz planned a lavish wedding but he called it off weeks before due to a conflict over taco pasta. She has since moved on as did he but now, the vineyard owner has fallen ill.

Big Ed reported from the hospital as he was fighting bronchitis. He had a cold but waited until it got far worse. More so, he encouraged his followers to seek a second opinion and ask questions. It seems the 90 Day Fiance star admits he dropped the ball when it came to his health and he knows it. Now, he is paying the price but fans knew he had been sick for some time. Therefore, they just wanted him to get better.

After seeing how bad Big Ed Brown was and how he was trying to get answers, his followers did feel bad. They wanted the 90 Day Fiance star to get better and quickly:
