‘Southern Charm’ Fans Demand Justice For JT
Southern Charm fans are demanding justice for Jarrett ‘JT’ Thomas during a very rough sophomore season. He was not a fan favorite in Season 9 and viewers could take or leave him. Now, they feel he is being treated poorly and deserves better than what he is getting. Keep reading for more details.
Southern Charm Fans Demand Justice For JT
During Jarrett ‘JT’ Thomas’ first season of Southern Charm, he was a troublemaker. He liked to stir the pot and share gossip that was not his to tell. JT was messy and he was all over the place, which turned a lot of viewers off, making them wonder why he was cast on the show. By the end of the season, he confessed to Taylor Ann Green that he was in love with her. Yet, she had been in a rocky romance with Shep Rose and kissed Austen Kroll so that was not where her head was at.
At the reunion, he went after Austen which caused a lot of tension. For Season 10, he was shockingly welcomed back but quit before filming was over. JT was shown flirting with Venita Aspen in the trailer then launched a new romance on Instagram shortly thereafter. As the season kicked off, he was on an apology tour but it failed. He gave everyone canes as an olive branch, including Miss Patricia but that offended her because she is known to be youthful. Then, Craig Conover claimed JT called Miss Pat a “b*tch” which did not happen.
Though he is a troublemaker and Southern Charm fans are well aware of this, they are starting to see how poorly he is being treated. Craig gas a history of lying and Shep defended JT when he was accused of calling Miss Pat names. Now, a Reddit thread has been started, demanding justice for JT. The OP wrote this:
- Never thought I’d say this but – they are being way too harsh on J.T this season
They feel he is doing his job by creating storylines and understood why he quit the show.
Leave JT Alone
There was also talk of the latest episode of Southern Charm and how demeaning Madison LeCroy was to JT when they met up:
- Yeah I do not like what’s happening on SC. I really did not like that conversation between JT and Madison. She was so cruel.
- Obviously Madison’s husband was questioning her/thought she crossed a line for this phone call to even happen. She should focus on her husband and not JT.
- Madison said Jt lost a great friend in her. You mean the kind of friend who calls you ugly on national television?
Others added how he is just being treated horribly when there are times he is doing nothing wrong:
- No one has to love JT to see they are obviously going after him in an unfair way.
- I hope Craig gets questioned about Patricia being called a b*tch lie at the reunion
Yes, many fans were shocked that they were on JT’s side but they knew that this was bad behavior. Hopefully, if he is or is not at the reunion, everyone is held accountable for what they have done to him.

Obviously JT is insecure and keeps trying to be one of the boys. After seeing his dominating mother on the show, I can understand how difficult his childhood must have been. Hopefully JT will remain on the show and will find someone who loves him unconditionally. Everyone on SC should try to be kinder to each other.
