Kelly Ripa Regularly Tears Mark Consuelos A New One
When your co-worker is also your wife on a hugely successful talk show, gripes from the home are bound to make their way on air. This is exactly the case for Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa whenever they are on the talk show set.
Because there is no separation between work and home for these two, their private marriage squabbles regularly become talking points in front of the studio audience, and Kelly is never afraid to put her husband in the dog house as a result.
Famous Guest Rips Into Mark On ‘Live’
Based on recent scenes from Live, Kelly Ripa had a famous guest on to do her work for her when it came to roasting Mark Consuelos. It turns out, Keira Knightley was a recent guest on the talk show, and she was there to promote her new Netflix series called Black Doves.
Black Doves is a spy thriller with the actress as the star. So far, it has proven to be popular on the platform. However, according to Kelly Ripa, the new show did not keep Mark Consuelos’s attention. Ripa said that her hubby left for a phone call while they were in the middle of watching it, causing him to miss it.
This led to Keira Knightley scolding Mark for missing her show. She said: “You need to pay attention, Mark!” Mark agreed that he does need to pay more attention. He may be used to these types of critiques from his wife, but now, he got it from Keira Knightley, too.
Mark Consuelos Still Recovering From Jet Lag?
Recently, Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa traveled to Italy for the weekend to watch a soccer game featuring Campobasso FC. Kelly and Mark are part owners of the club. So, they got to see their team play. As a bonus, they also met up with their daughter, Lola Consuelos, and her boyfriend.
Now that Kelly and Mark’s kids are all grown up, they have a lot more time to do things like travel and more. It could be that Mark was feeling the effects of jet lag more than his wife. However, his getting a scolding from Keira Knightley was also a hilarious moment that the audience surely enjoyed.
