‘Sister Wives’ Janelle & Meri Brown Played By Kody Again?
Were Sister Wives stars, Janelle and Meri Brown played by their ex-husband, Kody Brown all over again? They gave so much financially to Kody and his fourth wife, Robyn Brown. Janelle & Meri Brown Played By Kody Again?
Kody Brown has taken advantage of the OG3 for a very long time. He has long favored his fourth wife, Robyn Brown but felt an allegiance to his first three wives. Yet, Kody did not want to give up the idea of polygamy even if it was not working or if he was allegedly not in love with all of his wives. His second wife, Janelle Brown contributed immensely when it came to finances. She worked very long hours while his third wife, Christine Brown Woolley raised the children.
His first wife, Meri Brown was working or in school during the marriage. When the Browns chose to leave Las Vegas for Arizona, the OG3 were doing very well for themselves. They had all gotten into MLMs and were quite successful. Meri made enough that she was able to purchase a B&B that had long been in her family. Both she and Janelle helped Robyn buy her home in Arizona as she could no longer rent. Furthermore, it seemed Meri was contributing even after she had left the plural family. Now, fans are calling out Kody for scamming Meri and Janelle one last time.
A Reddit thread was started as viewers feel that Janelle and Meri Brown made a vital mistake by helping to pay off Coyote Pass. The OP wrote this:
- Kody managed to convince Meri and Janelle to pay off his land! I’m shocked that Janelle fell for it. She knew what he was doing but she fell for it anyway. Meri I’m not surprised that she fell for it. They’re complaining that all the land has his name on it and they have their names on very little, and it’s shared with him.
They Are Left With Nothing
The OP added that Janelle and Meri Brown did not need to put money into Coyote Pass as they could not do anything with it without Kody Brown’s say. Therefore, what was the point? They will likely never see the money again so essentially, Kody played his ex-wives again to get what he wanted. Robyn Brown still wants to build, she does not want to sell and Kody feels the same. Yet, Janelle is ready to fight him in court. So, what did fellow Sister Wives fans have to say?
- Well since Kody and Robyn just bought a 2 million dollar plus home and CP is still sitting there (now in current times) unsold, it looks like Janelle and Meri either don’t really care for their share or they are continuing to let Kody and Robyn take advantage of them.
- He really does play them.
- M and J were not too bright to throw in theie half of the payoff money so easily.
Some did wonder if a settlement has been reached with the land that no one knows about but time will tell with that.
