‘Mama June’ Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson Caught Vaping?
Was Mama June Shannon’s youngest child, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson caught vaping? More so, when did this happen as she is over the age of eighteen? Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson Caught Vaping?
It has been hard for fans to accept that Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is now an adult. She is nineteen years old and lives with her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell in Colorado. Furthermore, Alana is a sophomore in college and is studying to be a neonatal nurse. Yet, followers have watched her dating back to her Toddlers & Tiaras days so to see her as a grown woman is a tad strange. Things have not gone the way she may have hoped or even expected. Her mother, Mama June fell heavily into addiction so Alana went to live with her sister, Pumpkin Efird.
That was where she remained until she graduated or at least that was what viewers of Mama June: Family Crisis were led to believe. At the age of sixteen, she went between her sister, Jessica Shannon’s home, and staying with Dralin. Additionally, when it came time to pay for college, Alana learned her mother stole a big chunk of her money. This was all while her eldest sister, Anna Cardwell was dying from cancer. Still, Alana went to college and has been doing her best even if she occasionally begs fans for cash.
Now, Mama June fans claim that they caught Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson vaping but when did this happen? As aforementioned, buying vaping products is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 in Colorado and Georgia. In a Reddit thread, the OP said it was:
- In season 6, episode 14 i swear around the time mark 4:58 it looks like she’s holding a vape. maybe not??
That would have been filmed in early 2023 so Alana would not have even been eighteen. Has anyone else seen her do this as Pumpkin is a frequent vaper?
No One Would Be Surprised
If this did happen, no one would be the slightest bit surprised. They felt that this would be accurate behavior for Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson which is very sad:
- wouldn’t surprise me. just shocked they even put it in the episode when she is underage.

Another noted how Pumpkin Efird was caught vaping while pregnant with her second child but production made sure to do their best to edit it out:

Others were very aware of this scene so if Pumpkin could do this while pregnant, what would stop an underage Alana? Pumpkin did joke to her sister that she needed to bring the hard alcohol to the holidays so it all comes full circle.
