‘Price Is Right’ Fans Call Out Player With Unfair Advantage
Often, people go on The Price is Right and find themselves overwhelmed with a game they are unprepared to win. The exact opposite happened this week when a player found out what game she was playing and admitted that it was something she does for a living.
Here is what happened on The Price is Right and why this player had an unfair advantage in winning the big prize.
Player Gets Unfair Advantage On The Price Is Right
A player named Stephanie made it to the big stage and had a chance to win more prizes this week on The Price is Right. The game was a tough one as well. She had to play Hole In One (or Two), which is especially tough for people who don’t golf. However, in this case, Stephanie is a golf coach.
Hole In One (or Two) debuted in 1977 and is one of the hardest games on the show. A person has six grocery products and has to arrange them from the least to most expensive. Depending on how many the person gets right, they get to move closer to the hole. The hard part is next. No matter how close they are, they still have to putt the ball into the hole.
That was no problem for Stephanie, who didn’t get any of the prices right. Drew asked Stephanie what she does for a living, and she said, “Well, I coach golf.” Drew looked at her and said, “Everyone you coach is going to be judging you on this now.”
It didn’t matter because Stephanie did a perfect shot and won a new car.
The Price Is Right Fans Comment On ‘Lucky’ Golfing Game
Many The Price is Right fans were not happy that the producers let a golf coach play a golf game on the show. However, others were happy for the woman, and one even explained that it was all luck, pointing out one time that a person who couldn’t walk was bidding on a treadmill.

- “Producers goofed!”
- “Nope. All luck,” they wrote. “Producers pick the game order and who gets called down. They had zero idea the golf instructor was going to play this game. They’ve had wheelchair contestants playing for treadmills before.”
- “Her whole life has been leading up to this.”
- “I would fail at this game SO HARD! She made it look easy!”
