Travis, Jason Kelce Talk About Mama Donna Kelce’s Hallmark Movies
Recently, Travis Kelce and brother Jason Kelce talked about their mom Donna Kelce’s big Hallmark Countdown To Christmas debuts. However, they got a little nitpicky about a particular detail in her Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story role.

Travis And Jason Kelce Talk About BBQ Sauce
In the most recent episode of the New Heights podcast, the Kelce brothers talked about their mom, Donna Kelce, and Hallmark movies. Travis and Jason are proud of their mother’s foray into acting. However, Jason had to admit that Hallmark is not his normal movie channel.
Jason started, “Got to admit, I have not seen a lot of Hallmark movies.” Then he added, “I’m excited to watch this one.” The movie that they talked about is the first NFL-Hallmark collaboration, Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story. The stars of this Christmas movie are Young And The Restless alum Hunter King, and Tyler Hynes. However, they were focused on Mama Kelce.
She portrays the manager of a BBQ restaurant in Kansas City called Norma & Nic’s. In the previews, she wears a Kansas City Chiefs jersey with the number 87, Travis’s number. This is where the brothers got nitpicky. Jason started, “Mom can cook a lot of things, I don’t think she’s ever made barbecue for us.” He added, “Not even barbecue sauce…that was dad’s deal.” Sounds like Donna has an opportunity to really act as barbecue is not part of her cooking repertoire.
The brothers then discussed their father, Ed Kelce’s special barbecue sauce. Jason revealed, “This thing is nothing but other sauces and other condiments combined to make one sauce.” Travis laughed at Jason’s joke.
What Are Donna Kelce’s Two Hallmark Movies?
Donna Kelce will be in two Hallmark Christmas movies this season. The first is Christmas On Call. Besides Donna Kelce, Sarah Canning and Ser’Derius Blaine star in this movie. This holiday movie takes place in Philadelphia. This movie is about first responders in the City of Brotherly Love.
Wes is an EMT and a big Eagles fan. Hannah is a new ER doctor. As they help the community during the holiday season, Wes takes Hannah around to enjoy the delights of the city. This includes a Philly cheesesteak, where they meet Mama Kelce’s character.
The premiere of Christmas On Call is on Friday, November 22, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel.
In addition, Holiday Touchdown: A Chief’s Love Story premieres on Sunday, November 30, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel.
